Pull on your boots, lace-up your chaps, put your cowboy hat on your head, check out a library book, and join us for the 2008 Texas Reading Club celebrating Texas Reading Club Jubilee: 1958-2008!
Every child 12 years old and younger can sign up for the program at the Daingerfield Public Library. Keep track of the number of minutes you read. For every 100 minutes, you will receive a coupon for a hamburger, an order of fries, a drink, or an ice cream from McDonald's or the Sonic. You can also choose a prize and your name will be entered in a raffle drawing during the end of program party at the city park on Saturday, July 12, from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. Look for games, crafts, and refreshments!
